     化学制氢站水电解装置以双极压滤式电解槽为主体,主要的附属设备置于气液处理器上,包括氢、氧分离器、碱液过滤器、循环泵,阻火器等。另外,同时配备的还有整流柜,控制柜,水箱,碱箱,加水泵,氢气贮罐等。

      透平发电机采用全氢冷系统。氢压为0.414MPa,对燃气轮机拖动的较小发电机可在0.21MPa下运行。在定子绕组,氢气通过布置在两根罗贝尔线棒间的一排矩形薄壁不锈钢管,从线圈边的一端流到另一端,即采用轴向冷却方式。在转子绕组方面,氢气从两端通过空心导线进入,然后从转子中部排入气隙。在发电机汽端,一台多级轴流式风扇吸入来自气隙、铁心、定子线圈的氢气,以及经过管道来自出线盒的氢气,并将氢气送入两台立式氢气冷却器中,冷却后,氢气又从两端进入定子线圈、转子线圈、定子铁心和定子连接线。流经连接线的氢气进入出线套管后再进入出线盒。

一、开车前的准备

1.1主机清洗,制氢机在大修后投入生产前应进行除盐水清洗,以除去装置加工后存留在各部件内部的机械杂质。
1、使装置所有阀门均处于关闭状态。
2、打开水箱进除盐水阀,向水箱内注满纯水后关闭。
3、打开循环泵进水阀循环泵水循环换进碱阀,打开循环泵旁路排放门,启动循环泵,开启泵尾部排气门,逐渐关小旁路排放门,排完空气后关闭,打开碱液循环量调节阀,将水箱中的纯水打入电解槽,使纯水高度升至分离器液位1/4位置,停循环泵,关闭进碱阀。
4、打开过滤器排污阀,放弃气液处理器内的清洗水,打开电解槽排污阀,放掉电解槽内的清洗水,然后关闭排污阀
1.2气密性检查
         设备安装,检修完毕要对制氢机干燥装置及贮气。用气系统管路进行全面的气密检验。
            用氮气钢瓶与过滤器充氮口连接,关闭制氢机与外部的所有阀门(关闭碱液小循环循环泵进碱阀,关氢、氧紧急排放阀,关闭氧气排放一次阀),打开氢气排放一次阀,打开干燥器进、出氢气阀、出气节流阀,关闭框架II进氢气阀。向系统内通气,使系统压力缓慢升至额定压力,用肥皂水检查气路、液路所有阀件接头、法兰连接及管路焊口有无漏气,如有漏气现象,排除后继续进行直至不漏为止。保压12小时,泄漏量平均每小时不得超过0.01MPa为密封良好。
1.3电解液的配置
           30%KOH碱溶液配制,电解槽与气液处理器以85升容积计算,碱箱内注入纯水70升(水位在水位计1/3刻度),打开碱液小循环碱出碱阀,循环泵小循环进碱阀,启动循环泵,打开循环泵的排气阀,排除泵内空气后关,打开碱液小循环循环泵出碱阀,边循环边加入约42kg分析纯KOH,直至完全溶解,再加入V2O5约250g,待溶解后关碱液小循环泵出碱阀打开碱液循环量调整阀,将碱液打至电解槽至分离液位计有显示(1/4处)停循环泵,关循环泵进碱阀。
1.4仪表、热工、电气的检查
1、通知化学仪表检修对氢氧分析仪进行调校。
2、通知热工检修检查各热工信号及气动部分动作是否正常。
3、通知电气检修检查整流部分各回路是否有短路故障、各熔断器是否正常。
1.5试车
1、合上控制柜总开关电源,指示灯应亮。然后分别启动各泵,看其转向是否正确,并观察相应指示是否亮。
2、检查电解槽各极极向,有无金属或电解液滴漏现象,发现后排除才允许开车。
3、用10%KOH溶液试车48小时,开、停车操作同正常操作。
5、试车完毕,将碱液排出制氢机,用纯水清洗槽体。拆洗过滤器处理完毕后将30%KOH溶液打入槽内至分离器液位最低处。
二、开车操作
2.1 控制柜操作
1、接通控制柜电源和仪表电源。
2、接通控制柜及气液处理器上的气源(接通前应进行吹管,排除进气管内杂质)。
3、将加水泵置 “手动”位置。
4、将氧液位调节切换开关放在“自动”位置。
5、将槽温、槽压记录仪置自动位置,并调好给定值。(刚开机时压力给定0.2~0.3MPa,温度比室温高10℃左右)。
2.2 充氮吹洗系统
            为了开机安全,制氢机首次开机,一般要求先充氮,防止分离器内形成爆炸混合气体。
            用氮气钢瓶与过滤器充氮口连接,关闭循环泵小循环进碱伐,关闭氢、氧紧急排放阀,关闭氧气排放一次阀,打开氢气排放一、二次阀,将氢液位调节切换开关放在手动位置旋转手操给定旋钮,使氢阀全打开,打开干燥器氢气进气阀、出气阀、出气节流阀、关柜架II进气阀。通过向系统内充氮气,压力到0.5MPa,打开干燥器出氢气母管氢气放空阀,排至压力到0.05MPa,再次充氮反复三次,最后将压力维持在0.3~0.4MPa,将氢液位切换开关放在自动位置。
2.3调节循环量
1、检查阀门,使其处于开车状态。
2、打开碱液泵和循环量调节阀
3、打开过滤器进碱阀。
4、打开氢气排放阀 氧气排放阀
5、接通氧中氢分析仪电源,预热30分钟。
6、开启氢、氧塔两侧气路积水器排水阀排除积水。
2.4 整流柜启动
1、打开整流柜冷却水进出水阀。
2、将电压给定、电流给定反时针旋到底。
3、接通主电源和控制柜电源。
4、按触发启动按钮。
5、将选择开关打到稳流档,缓慢顺时针方向转动电压给定电位器,在液位控制允许情况下,使电压到额定值。
2.5系统调节
1、当槽温小于50℃,系统压力控制在0.5MPa。
2、控制氧、氧两塔液位计量显示在1/4,尽量保持相平,当液位计低于最低液位时,打开氢塔加水阀(应常开),加水泵进水阀,启动加水泵,当液位到达1/4,停运加水泵。
3、当槽温大于50℃,将压力调节器给定值渐渐增加,使槽压稳定在1.6MP a。当碱温接近70℃,槽温给定值应缓慢增加,最后稳定在80℃。
4、当压力升到1.0MP a时,投氢中氧分析仪,打开氢中氧分析仪进气二次阀,同时也打开氢中氧分析仪取样一次阀,顺时针打开减压阀,打开分析仪进气二次阀。调整流量200ml/min,接通氢中氧分析仪电源,预热45分钟,就可以开始测量。(注意随着压力的增加随时调整分析仪的流量).
5、在额定电压情况下,已能输出额定电流、将稳压档切换到稳流档,切换时注意将电位器给定旋至零,电流给定顺时针调节到设备设计数值。。
6、当压力升在额定定值,系统稳定后,将液位调节系统切换到自动加水位置。
2.6投干燥器
1、当氢气纯度达到99.8%,氧气纯度达到99.2%以上,关氢气放空二次阀,投运氢气干燥器。
2、打开干燥器氢气进出口阀。
3、打开干燥器出氢气节流阀。
干燥器的切换操作
3.1氢气露点温度大于-30℃要进行切换干燥器,将已再生好的干燥器投入运行,失效的干燥器要进行再生。开启冷却系统进水阀,排水门应有水排出。确定工作系统和再生系统。
3.2打开再生好的干燥氢气进出口阀,关闭失效的干燥器氢气进出口阀。
3.3定期打开阀门排放气水分离器内的积水。
4、打开产品氢气排空阀,排除管道中的氮气后关闭此阀。
2.7 贮氢
1、待氢气湿度合格后,打开框架Ⅱ进氢气阀。
2、打开贮氢罐进氢气一次阀、二次阀。
3、开启积水器进行排水。
4、当贮氢罐压力为1.25MPa时,关贮氢罐进氢气一次阀,倒换另一氢罐。
三、停车操作
3.1正常情况下停车操作
1、将加水泵转换到手动加水位置,停加水泵运行。关闭干燥器氢气进出气阀,打开氢气排放阀。
2、将整流柜输出电位器(电压给定、电流给定)反时针旋到底,按触发停止按钮,再切断控制电源与主电源。
3、将温度给定调到零,使冷却水阀完全打开(保温停机时,应将记录仪给定针调到大于测量值,使冷却水阀关闭)。
4、待温度降到50℃以下,将压力给定逐渐调到零,使槽压降到0。切断循环泵电源,接着切断控制柜和气液处理器电源,再将控制柜上各仪表电源断开,最后切断控制柜总电源及仪表电源,关闭各冷却水阀。
5、槽压降到零后,应切断氢、氧分析仪电源,关闭各取样一次阀、二次阀、减压阀。
3.2保温保压停机操作
1、将加水泵转换到手动加水位置,停止加水泵运行。
2、将整流柜输出电位器反时针旋到底,按触发停止按钮再切断主电源与控制电源。
3、迅速关闭氢、氧排放一次阀。
4、切断氢氧分析仪电源,关闭取样一次阀、二次阀、减压阀。
5、将温度给定指针调到大于测量值,使冷却水阀关闭。
6、注意保持两边液位相平,然后停止循环泵。
7、切断控制柜电源及各仪表电源。
3.3紧急停机操作
1、立即按整流柜触发停止按钮,切断主电源。
2、将自动加水打到手动加水,停止加水泵运行。
3、打开氢、氧紧急排放阀,注意氢、氧液位有显示。
4、将温度记录仪给定指针调到零,使冷却水阀完全打开。
5、切断控制柜电源、气源,切断控制柜控制电源。
四、向发电机送氢操作
1、与发电机房联系,通知对方送氢气到机房。
2、打开贮氢缸出氢气一次伐。
3、打开向发电机送氢气一次伐、二次伐。
4发电机内常进行氢气与氮气、氮气与二氧化碳气体、二氧碳气体与空气的相互置换工作,应采用中间介质置换法或采用真空置换法。
4.1由空冷转换为氢冷(中间介质置换法)
4.2从发电机底部充入氮气或二氧化碳气体,从发电机上部排出气体、,维持发电机内气压在2.94×10-3~5.88×10-3Mpa,并从排出气体中取样分析,气体中含氧量小于3%、二氧化碳含量大于85%通知电气排死角,死角排完后即可停止置换。
4.3从发电机上部充入氢气,从发电机底部排出气体,维持发电机内氢气在2.94×10-3~5.88×10-3Mpa,并从排出气体中取样分析,当氢气纯度大于96%。含氧量小于2%,通知电气排死角,死角排完后,可投入氢气纯度计,当机内升压至0.294Mpa后,投入补氢自动阀门。
5.1由氢冷转换为空冷(中间介质法)
5.2从发电机底部充入二氧化碳气体,从排气管取样分析排出气体中含氢量小于3%时或二氧化碳含量大于95%时,通知电气排死角,死角排完后停止置换。
5.3从发电机上部充入压缩空气,从底部排出二氧化碳气体,从排出气体中取样分析,当二氧化碳含量小于10%时,转换为空冷。
 
五、正常运行管理
1在正常情况下,操作人员应经常观察设备运行情况,正确操作及时记录各参数和异常情况,每两小时记录一次,遇到异常情况及时停机处理。
2根据用氢量的需要情况,随时调节整流柜的电源,整流柜输出电位器的旋转不能过猛,以防产生过流故障。
3在运行中整流柜选择开关不可任意变换位置,否则会发生故障。如要改变整流柜运行状态,则必须把输出电位器置于零,才能转换开关的位置。
4每次开机时测量一次碱液比重,如浓度低于20%。则应补充碱液。补碱应在停机时补充。补充方法:打开碱箱出碱阀6A,打开碱液小循环泵进碱伐8A,启动循环泵,打开循环泵排气阀,排出空气后关闭.打开碱液循环量调整阀7A,将碱打入电解槽,碱液打完后,停循环泵,关碱液小循环泵进碱阀8A,碱箱出碱阀6A.
5经常观察水箱内有无除盐水及冷却水流量是否正常。
.6经常观察氢、氧分析仪一次仪表的气体流量和干燥剂是否变色,及时调节流量和更换干燥剂和硼酸片。
7经常清洗过滤器,一般首次开机时每星期清洗一次,三个月后每一个月清洗一次,清洗过滤器应在停机时进行,首先关闭过滤器进、出口门,折下过滤器盖,取出一滤芯,用除盐水冲干净,再装入过滤器,装好法兰盖,确认不漏后即可使用。
8注意碱液循环量不能过大或过小,通过碱液循环调整阀来调节循环量。
9每隔月对设备各报警和保护装置进行一次试验,开机前进行信号试验,每隔一年应对全套设备进行检修和仪表校验。
(试验项目有氧液上、下限;氢液上、下限;槽压上限;氢压上限;气源下限;槽温上限;碱循环量下限等报警。氢侧、氧侧、冷却水薄膜调节阀开关试验。槽压过高、槽温过高、循环量下限、控制柜等联锁。)
10电解槽每5 年大修一次,大修时更换所有的石棉隔膜和密封垫片。
11整流柜在运行中如出现故障,应在故障排除后将电流、电压、给定反时针旋到底,按复位键,再重新启动。
12 每周对制氢机积水器、干燥器气液分离器排污一次。
13 每两小时分析氢气纯度一次,每小时抄氢气湿度表一次,每四小时人工分析氢气湿度一次,并将结果填在报表上。
14每月白班更换奥氏气体分析仪所用药品。
15每周二分析各贮氢罐内的氢气纯度(≥99.5%),周三分析各贮氢罐内的氢气湿度(≤-25℃),若不合格,应报告班长,并通知发电部进行排水和换氢直至合格。
16零班对各贮氢罐排水一次。
17 排氢工作事关重大,氢站人员取样化验要认真、仔细,确保准确,最后一次样品要分析三遍,并核对无误,方为合格。

First, before driving preparation

1.2 Seal Check
         Equipment installation, maintenance to complete drying apparatus for hydrogen production and gas storage unit. To conduct a comprehensive inspection airtight gas pipeline system.
            Nitrogen gas cylinder connected with the filter nitrogen port, close all valves hydrogen generator with an external (off small cycles lye circulation pump inlet valve base, off hydrogen, oxygen, emergency discharge valve, close the valve once the oxygen emission), a hydrogen discharge opening a valve, open the dryer inlet, the hydrogen valve, outlet throttle valve closes the frame II into hydrogen. 1.3 electrolyte configuration

1.4 meters, thermal, electrical inspection

3, electrical maintenance inspection notification rectifying portions of the circuit if a short circuit fault, each fuse is normal.
1.5 Commissioning
1, switching power supply control cabinet always closed, the light should be bright. The pumps were then start to see its rotation is correct, and observe whether the corresponding indication light.
2, check each cell pole to pole, with or without metal or electrolyte leakage phenomenon, found to exclude only allowed to drive.
3, with 10% KOH solution test 48 hours, open, with the normal operation of the parking operation.
5, the test is completed, the hydrogen discharge machine lye, washed with pure water tank. After washable filter disposed of 30% KOH solution into the separator tank to the lowest level.
Second, the driving operation
2.1 Operating control cabinet
1, connected to the control cabinet power supply and instrumentation.
2, connected to the control cabinet and gas liquid gas source processor (should be turned on before the blowpipe, exclusion of impurities into the trachea).
3, the water pump is set to "manual" position.
4, the oxygen level adjustment switch on "auto" position.
5, the tank temperature, tank pressure logger is set to automatically position and adjusted the given value. (Just-machine a given pressure 0.2 ~ 0.3MPa, higher than room temperature about 10 ℃).
2.2 nitrogen purge system
            In order to secure power, hydrogen power machine for the first time, the general requirements to nitrogen, to prevent the explosion gas mixture formed in the separator.

2.3 regulating the circulation amount
1, check valves, it is in driving state.
2, open the lye pump and the circulation volume control valve
3, open the filter inlet valve base.
4. Open the drain valve oxygen hydrogen discharge valve
5, connected to an oxygen supply hydrogen analyzer, warm up for 30 minutes.
6, open hydrogen and oxygen gas path on both sides of the tower water draining valve drain the water.
2.4 Line Modules start
1. Open the rectifier cabinet and out of the cooling water valve.
2, for a given voltage, current setpoint counter-clockwise rotation in the end.
3, connected to the main power supply and control cabinet.
4. Press the start button is triggered.
5, the selection switch to the steady flow profile, slow clockwise rotation voltage given potentiometer, under level control allows the case to the rated voltage.
2.5 System Regulation
1, when the tank temperature is lower than 50 ℃, the system pressure is controlled at 0.5MPa.
2, control of oxygen, the oxygen level gauging show two towers in the quarter, try to keep the flat phase, when the gauge is below the minimum level, Taga open hydrogen valve (should normally open), water pump inlet valve, start water pump, when the level reaches 1/4 outage water pump.
3, when the tank temperature higher than 50 ℃, the pressure regulator setpoint gradually increased, the cell voltage stabilized at 1.6MP a. When the base temperature approaching 70 ℃, bath temperature setpoint should be increased slowly, finally stabilizing at 80 ℃.
4, when the pressure rises 1.0MP a, vote hydrogen oxygen analyzer, oxygen analyzer open hydrogen secondary intake valve, but also open hydrogen oxygen analyzer sampling the primary valve clockwise to open the valve, open analyzer intake secondary valve. Adjust the flow 200ml / min, turning hydrogen oxygen analyzer power on, warm 45 minutes, you can start measuring. (Note that with increasing pressure at any time to adjust the flow analyzer).
5, at rated voltage, the output current rating has been able to, will switch to a steady flow regulator files file, note the potentiometer given a spin to zero when switching current is adjusted to a given clockwise equipment design value. .
